Sometimes, when you feel far from yourself, and the equilibrium between the mind, the body and the environment is not equilibrated, you have some options: pray to something (in general), run nude in the field (that s one of my favorites), or... do ioga.
It was a nice advertisement in the elevator of the dorm, and someone's idea to join it. Why not? just do it! So here we are, just two hours per week, just to demonstrate the flexibility (low) of our bodies. Somebody is gonna hit me for next video, but I have to upload it.
After the session, we really feel the energy (and all the muscles of our body).
It was the first day, now I can say that we improved a lot, but Imnot gonna upload new videos about that...
